ISO Definition – Initial Stake Offering in Cryptoverse
ISO – Initial Stake Offer represents a stake in a Project distributed on Token basis via a Blockchain.
Unlike ICO (Initial Coin Offering), a ISO is not meant as a monetary unit or technological advancement.
Much like its older Brother, IPO, the promise is sharing revenue, for example by paying out dividends or share buyback, to all Token Holders.
Initial Stake Offerings are decentralized and censorship proof by nature, but can be used as whitelisted offerings and in combination with KYC (Know Your Customer) to meet certain regulations.
